职责描述

• Leads the development and improvement of a strategic portfolio of goods and services, in line with business requirements, to maximise supply security and the contribution to business profitability and cash flow
• Involved in establishing policies, procedures and controls to ensure effective procurement activities and vendor execution
• Negotiates and develops formal key supply agreements for a defined strategic portfolio of goods and services to deliver compliance and supply security at favourable commercial terms
• Develops, manages key supplier relationship strategy to ensure that the BU and Sector receive satisfactory levels of service
• Works to identify, develop and implement improved supply-side initiatives to deliver secure, safe, cost effective and ethical supply base
• Critical stakeholder and contributor of the NPI and Keyedin product development process
• Manages the performance and output of the team to drive change and develop, implement, optimize and/or continuously improve work processes, techniques and systems and deliver supply side saving projects
• Oversees the development & implementation of cross-BU/site/Sector Indirect procurement initiatives
• Develops and supports specific capex project procurement strategies as part of a Capital project team
• Ensures and drives full compliance with EHS and ethical standards, policies, procedures and processes
• Oversees internal and external (e.g. ISO) compliance and registration audits
• Works collaboratively with stakeholders in group procurement and sector leadership

• University education (with a business/technical/scientific focus) with significant experience e.g. MCIPS
• Extensive procurement & sourcing experience
• In depth knowledge of strategic sourcing and wider supply chain management processes
• Excellent communication skills required to manage and motivate direct reports and cross-functional project teams
• Structured, detail-oriented, results driven and practical
• Ability to influence and change behaviour
• Ability to develop and communicate strategy across different organizational levels
• Ability to apply technical expertise to commercial and financial outputs
• Fluent Chinese and English
