工作职责：

1. 参与公司销售战略、市场营销策略的制定，执行公司营销策略并对区域市场开拓进行策划
2. 根据公司要求制定本区域营销计划、分解销售目标

  

3、组织实施本区域市场开发计划及具体的实施方案，促进公司及产品品牌的提升
4. 了解客户需求动态，指导下属挖掘潜在顾客，以实现公司市场占有率不断增长的目标
5. 负责公司的销售政策的落实以及公司各项制度的贯彻以及制度执行情况
6. 对所辖区域的销售资源及费用合理分配
7. 根据公司的长远发展需要和规章制度，组织对下属员工的招聘、培训、工作任务分配及业务指导等，制定下属的考核目标并定期沟通绩效评估结果、提出改进建议，帮助下属员工提高工作业绩，增强团队凝聚力和合作精神，以建立一支高效的销售团队，支持销售目标的达成

  

 

  

任职要求

  

1. 专科或以上学历
2. 至少8年工作经验，且必须有至少6年管理团队的经验
3. 具备零售业务分析和解决方案方面的经验
4. 对数据和人有较强的敏感度
5. 具备较强的成本控制,利润达成和销售分析能力
6. 较强的管理技能及领导力，良好的沟通技巧和谈判能力
7. 较强的逻辑思维能力
