Regional Biz HR Manager - Northern China
Location: BJ City;
包括的区域有:北京市、东北、山西、河北、山东、内蒙、天津等地区
Industry: FMCG Commercial
Providing effective HR solutions and approach to the regional business unit, supporting and stimulating the business growth; Facilitating standard HR process and ensure smooth implementation in regional level.
Business HR partner for Regional Sales Team
·Partner with business leadership in order to strategize resourcing and deployment of skills so as to align return on people investments with business objectives
·Be a team member of HR professionals so as to offer high end consulting and analytical, reliable support to businesses that will position the HR function as a credible, insightful and admired business partner
·Drive the development of policies, manpower plans and training plans of regional sales team to strengthen and leverage the organization
·Support in defining regional sales structure and associated staffing requirements, agenda and action plans
·Work jointly with HQ C&B to design, implement and manage effective C&B, incentive programs and policies that meet line function needs and are aligned and in compliance with legal and local standards
·Ensure compliance of statutory and local labour laws on employment terms, conditions and related issues
·Evaluate best practices and assimilate employee feedback so as to define contours of people programs; work with line manager to develop and deliver plan designs that serve to create an engaging work environment
·Facilitate HR core process and ensure smooth implementation in regional level
Talent Management
·Support in managing the talent review process in regional sales teams, including talent identify, development plan follow up and progress monitoring. Facilitate and coach ASM/DSM on people management
·Support Sr. business HR Mgr. on training and development solutions delivery
·Leadership training course delivery as internal training expertise
C&B
·Support annual market salary survey, including Job evaluation, pay competitive analysis and salary restructure program
·Manage HRIS system with related support
HR Projects
· Support China HR team on HR initiative projects.
- HR professional knowledge including staffing, talent development, C&B and labour law;
- Excellent cross function communication skill
- Computer skill – Excel, Powerpoint, Word
- Fluent English communication skill both on written and oral
- Can working under pressure, quick adaptability to new environment
- Open-minded and flexibility to work in a fast growing, changing environment
- Frequent travel per business needs
