Job Responsibilities:

1.In charge of whole quality department , including IQC/IPQC/FQC/customer quality complain /quality system/

Laboratory;



2.Responsible for developing, formulating and directing procedures for achieving and maintaining high standards for products quality, reliability and safety in accordance with company, customer and industry requirements, Establishes policies and objectives. Oversees the entire quality process;

3. Implement TS16949&ISO14001 for a new plant;

4. Provide quality system implementation training to team members;

5. Related quality documentation preparation;

6. Monitor the effectiveness of Quality system implementation;

7. Support specific quality system audit, such as customer audit;

8. Prepare management review and follow up the action plan;

9. Responsible for other duties, which may be instructed from time to time by the Company




Qualification Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical , engineering or automotive manufacturing;

2. At least 8 years work experiences in quality assurance & quality system in Automotive industry;

3. Fluent English in oral and writing;

4. Solid experience on TS16949&ISO14001 implementation in automotive industry. Qualified as internal auditor of ISO TS 16949 is better;

5. Experience in project management - PPAP, ANPQP, VDA;

6. Good Knowledge of methods for solving the problem (customer / supplier) - 8D Report, method of analysis (Ishikawa, 5Why). And Good Knowledge of statistical methods, metrology;

7. Great presentation, communication and interpersonal skills;

8. High integrity with motivation, can work independently with limited supervision;

9. High responsibility , Strong personality and ambitions, capable to work under pressure.
