岗位职责：

1.负责公司会务接待工作，如：电话转接、来访面试者、公司客人的接待和登记；

2.负责公司办公用品采购、发放、管理；

3.负责名片，信笺信封，印刷品的印制；

4.负责快递的收发、登记及管理，如每月快递费用核对统计并结算；

5.负责公司司机车辆里程统计和费用报销；

6.负责行政类费用申请和管理，如：固话、手机费，手机卡等等；

7.维护公司办公区域整洁及完成其他日常行政事务；

8. 及时完成行政总监交待的其他相关工作。

9. 及时完成行政总监交待的其他任何工作。

岗位要求：

1.大专及以上学历，行政管理、文秘或商务英语专业。

2. 一年以上前台行政相关工作经验；条件优秀可接受应届生。

3. 有跨国公司经验者优先。

4. 热情主动，礼貌待人，高度责任心；

5. 具备良好沟通协调能力；

6. 诚实正直，严格遵守职业道德；

7. 具备良好的团队合作精神。

8. 熟练使用MS-Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)；
