JOB DUTY

  

 

  

You should possess broad knowledge of end user computing technologies and PC/workstation based LAN systems and hardware, client function and applications.

  

You will also need to interact with multiple IT project deployment teams/designers and to provides cross-functional coordination to ensure effective integration of technology within established

  

standards and service levels.

  

You will also consults with operations management regarding business or operational requirements when there are regulatory changes.

  

You will also assist to manage system releases. Candidate will help to gather system requirements and present new regulatory initiatives at cross functional meetings.

  

You will manage user interaction with system developers, coordinate system release deployment.

  

You will also be responsible for user training and support of the any new system components.

  

You will evaluate functional requirements & design, develop & link requirements to the system. Additionally, he/she designs user documentation, supports user development of test cases for system testing.

  

 

  

 

  

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  

 

  

This position requires a degree in an Engineering discipline (or related field) and/or 5-7 years experiences in Distribution / Logistics / Supply Chain Management. Preferably with experiences on State Postal Bureau compliance knowledge and knowledge with Customs regulations will be a plus.

  

 

  

Excellent communication and organizational skills required. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Visio and MS Projects are essential.

  

Prior experience in developing and facilitating training is helpful. Experience with Project Management and Public speaking skills and bilingual ability is a plus.
