职位描述
Job Descriptions:
1. Ability to handle escalated customer situations with empathy and ownership.
2. Ability to build customer/partner relationships.
3. Comfortable and efficient with cross-group collaboration.
4. Ability to offer technical consultation and coaching to Tier 1 agents via a ticketing system.
5. Ability to coach and mentor Tier 1 agents.
6. Providing content based information to help resolve known issues.
7. Working directly with other teams to request additional content as well as corrections for existing knowledge base articles.
Qualifications:
1. Additional Minimum Tier 2 Support Agent Qualifications
2. At least 1-3 years of technical support experience in the Tier 1 support role working with similar products.
3. MCSA certification at or within 6 months of hire if external.
4. MCTS certification at or within 6 months of hire, 1 year if external.
5. Familiar with office365 product
6. Proficient in English and Mandarin
7. Shift rotation is required
