职位描述
Key Expected Achievement:
-Organization of HR director’s agenda and travel
-HR team meeting organization
-HR reports & KPI consolidation and follow up
-Take charge of some certain department’s administrative affaires
-Communication internally and externally SP team
-Support in Employer Branding related activities
Main Activities:
-Organization of HR director’s agenda, detect and anticipate potential conflicts, take initiative to solve them in advance
-Organization of HR director’s travel, flight/hotel booking, travel expense and daily expenses reimbursement.
-Organization of HR team meetings, core team meeting, network meeting, communication meeting
-Compose letters and take minutes during HR team meeting
-Collect & consolidate HR reports: PDR, Monthly activities &KPI, BSC card, SP PIA etc
-Provide necessary secretarial support to HR Director, travel affaires, E-expense, translation, screen phone call and visitors
-Handle confidential information and filing (letters, reports, and documents)
-Communicate the instructions of HR director accurately
-Report the information submitted by each department accurately
-Coordinator of HR: DPG stage, Visitors, team building, etc.
-Quality Coordinator of HR: Insure SP team is alert by audit schedule and requirements of Audit
-Support in Employer Value Propositions activities
-Support in Campus Recruitment and Intern Recruitment
Experiences Required:
-Related experiences as Department Assistant/Executive Assistant required.
-Good communication skills and coordination abilities. Good sense of responsibilities.
-Take initiatives in daily work, attention to details and determination for a better result.
-Ability to use English fluently as working language.
