职责描述

Organization:

• Manage, as assigned, various supply chain resources
• Maintain connectivity to the Commodity Teams. Participate in the development of commodity strategy.

Supply Chain Management:

• Maximize performance on cost metrics including NMI, DPO.
• Lead reviews with preferred suppliers. Focus on improving service levels (ie, lead time, quality, OTD), cost (NMI, TWC) and support of various leveraged programs (freight modes, connectivity and portal programs).
• Conduct Supplier Business Reviews and update/maintain the scorecard.
• Manage programs to eliminate suppliers where service level performance negatively impact Micro Motion's ability to service our customers. Goal is consolidation of spend with preferred suppliers.

Supply Network Design:

• Facilitate development of supply networks for leveraged commodities which meet the service level and cost needs.
• Insure network design practices are incorporated into all sourcing processes, including eSourcing and negotiations.

理想的求职者

• Bachelor's degree in engineering
• Eight years of experience in supply chain, operations, or engineering roles; hands-on manufacturing experience strongly preferred.

• Experience managing pertinent commodities or products.
• Proven ability to influence others as needed when resources are at a premium to complete required tasks.
• Must be willing to travel as needed (estimated 25%).
• Demonstrated ability to react quickly and courteously when circumstances change and product or process changes are required.
