My client is a stable ODM, which doing A products. Mainly focus in consumer electronics, like audio, smart phone, and computer accessory.

职责描述

Oversee the productivity and well-being of the engineering team

Contribute engineering knowledge and expertise to product development projects

Mentor and lead junior and senior designers, guide projects, inspire through example, infuse

Develop products with multi-disciplinary teams (including Industrial Design, Research, Interaction, and Manufacturing)

Leading product development teams

Participating in the development of products from inception (marketing direction) to production

Experience developing products with electronics and moving parts with a strong focus on home appliances

理想的求职者

Product/process developing skill (CAD/CAM/CAE)

Project management training, certificate of PMP is an advantage

Positive attitude towards solving problems

Knowledge of geometric dimensioning and tolerance and performing statistical tolerance analysis

Team player ability to work in cross©\functional teams

Leadership skills with strong interpersonal and communication skills

Results and deadline driven

Works with minimal supervision on complex efforts on the mechanical development of components and subsystems of devices

Proficient language skills in English and Mandarin

Flexibility and adaptability of approach, focused on finding a workable solution to every problem

Technically proficient (mechanism development, materials, processes, FEA, etc.)Ability to lead in a highly collaborative and team-oriented environment
