Our client is a China security and Technology Company with multinational local and European partners.
The position is open in Shanghai office, Huangpu District.

Responsibility
? 协助总经理建立销售战略，制定销售计划、业务发展计划；
Assist the Management Director to formulate the overall sales strategy and sales growth plan according to the national market development and contribute to the development of the China sales strategy；
? 向总经理定期汇报竞争者，客户信息，挖掘商业机会，渠道开发和维护，与客户维持良好关系；
Provide competitor and customer information to the Management Director regularly and accurately, excavate business opportunities, develop and maintain business contacts, and establish good cooperative relations with customers.
? 制定年度销售计划和部门费用预算并监督实施；
To organize the preparation of the company's annual sales plan and sales expenses budget, and supervise its implementation
? 组织部门开发多种销售手段，完成销售目标，回款任务，提升市场占有率；
Establish various sales channels; achieve sales goals, promote market coverage rate, market share, etc.
? 管理销售人员，帮助建立、补充、发展、培养销售队伍， 负责将公司内部销售管理制度化、规范化；
Manage team‘s daily activities, build a high efficient team, set standard sales rules and regulation.
? 负责公司对外的协调工作，协调好与客户、政府、及其它相关组织的关系；
Maintain a good relationship with customer, government and other relative organizations.

Requirement
? 本科以上学历，营销管理相关专业
Bachelor degree or above, marketing or related major.
? 8年以上销售经验，3年以上带团队的经验，较强的语言沟通能力，培训能力
8+ years’ experience on Sales with 3+ year’s on management role; good communication and training skill
? 有较强的领导能力和管理能力，以及对集团销售策略的领悟能力。
Strong leadership, and management skill, good understanding of the group sales strategy.
