1.  Existing vendors and suppliers maintenance; new suppliers development;

2.  Sourcing new products to meet designers' ideas;

3.  Pricing with vendors and suppliers and make sure to get good price/quality/delivery;

4.   Assess factories on a continual basis and ensuring their compliance to our demanding standards.

5.   Achieve agreed business targets with respect to revenue, profit, vendor ethical and technical performance, quality and deliveries.

6.   Identify and prioritize new sourcing opportunities

7.   Drives product to meet company quality standards and elevate supplier performance with measurable results

Requirement:

1. Bachelor’s degree holder, major in Supply Chain Management, International Trade, Engineering or equivalent

2. At least 8 or more years sourcing experience in international company, of which 3-5 years sourcing management experiences

3. Preferred candidates with fluently spoken English

4. Self-starter with motivation and passions to drive the growth of assigned category

5. Excellent communications, negotiation and coordination skills

6. Integrity and trust, strong sense of responsibility, can be work under pressure

7. Good leadership and management skills
