Job Title: ETM Credit Shared Services - Administrator (full-time contractor)
Location: Beijing

Principal Accountabilities
70% Data Entry & System Maintenance
- Input key credit data into the global credit system per request and info provided by global credit teams in Minneapolis, Geneva, Singapore and China
- Identify missing or incorrect information in the global credit system based on system integrity reports on daily basis and report it to Credit Shared Services Manager

20% Management Report Preparation
- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly or ad hoc credit reports out of Business Objects reporting system or through manual consolidation in Excel spreadsheets

10% Financial Spreading
- Enter financial data from financial statements into Cargill spreading template
- Perform any other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting/Business/English or equivalent
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and spoken English
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel
