  My client is a global reputable houseware brand company with present at Guangzhou for more than 10 years

  职责描述

• Lead supplier performance monitoring and inspection, relationship management, and continuous improvement;

• Generate and present supplier performance metrics to suppliers and manage associated corrective action and continuous improvement initiatives;

• Maintain a database of qualified active suppliers and work proactively to develop and qualify potential new suppliers;

• Lead, cross-training and continually evaluate performance of Quality Inspection and Factory auditing team to develop overall supplier and quality management system;

• Develop and maintaining strong regional supplier relationships, including supplier site visits and relationships at all levels of their organization;

• Track and report on project execution, monitoring spend, business allocation, capability gap analysis and facilitate cross-functional review and evaluation;

• Assist in the development and enhancement of processes; systems and reporting capabilities to drive efficiencies and cost savings;

• Develop strategies for the mitigation of risk in the supply chain, overall and for specific new product programs;

• Provide benchmarking studies and market analysis;

• Organize and lead regular strategic supplier business reviews for assigned projects.

• Coordinate with overseas internal sourcing units to help create and implement company quality standards.

理想的求职者

• 10 years and above of quality and supply chain management experience, with engineering, technical or quality background.

• Multinational company working background is highly preferred. Experience in working in a complex organizational with a number of different stakeholders and priorities

• Majored in Engineering with focus on Mechanical/Manufacturing is highly preferred.

• Ability to engage and communicate effectively with different stakeholders, Experience in cross-functional communication internally and externally.

• Experience working with mechanical/appliance products operations

• Excellent communication skills of English and Chinese.
