Accountabilities：

  

• Ensure providing quality Property Management Service delivery to site projects;
• Make sure all internal compliance are applied in all site management office;
• Responsible for project transition and termination, including budgeting, team setup and training;
• Responsible for the consultancy reports for the consulting projects;

  

• Develop new business as required.

Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience：

  

• Minimum 8 years' experiences in operation of Property management services of commercial buildings
• Previous experience in property management and supervision of a team at site will be preferred
• Solid experience in trouble-shooting of the Property management services of commercial building to ensure that the works will fulfill all functional, operational and quality requirements
• Microsoft Word/Excel/Power Point  computer skills must be literate
• Initiative and disciplined
• Good communication and leadership skills
