1) 礼貌接听电话，并做好相应转接、记录传达工作；负责公司客户或外来人员的来访接待及安排引领工作。
2) 协助招聘工作，进行电话邀请，面试接待，人才库维护等；
3) 协助企业文化工作，参加相关活动的策划，组织等，沟通员工关系；
4) 办公用品的按时发放、领用登记、统计等管理；
5) 按照上级指令进行工作安排。
