  职责描述

  HR System Data Management and Reporting * Enforce data management governance to ensure data integrity and accuracy * Lead team to make sure data entry is in time and accurate * Provide professional advice, guidance, education and support to HR team and managers on data management and effective use on system data

  Employee Lifecyle Processes Management * Ensure all process implemented is compliant with local regulation * Improve process efficiency and effectiveness * Lead team to manage day to day hire, job change, termination process, etc. * Facilitate new hires first day onboarding

  Benefits Administration * Manage and delivery insurance benefits * Plan and monitor all product benefits delivery, including staff sale, staff purchase, etc * Partner with retail and communication team to continue improve benefits delivery services to employees

  Other Projects * Manage and partner with service providers to ensure professional and cost-effective service delivery. * Follows market trends on service delivery solutions and adopt what's relevant to the company * Lead and manage projects assigned

  Team Management * Monitors operation status, process effectiveness * Manages team's performance and facilitate members' development
