Job responsibilities

• 1.Identify product strategic opportunities and drive the future of OnePlus UX design, and envision complex system and inspire the team to push the boundary.
• 2.Provide recommendations to cross-functional teams based on findings;
• 3.Utilize low-fidelity, medium-fidelity, and high-fidelity prototypes across the different stages of the design process;
• 4.Analyze, synthesize, and organize research data into meaningful themes, categories, and visually compelling frameworks and behavioral models;
• 5.Facilitate user scenario planning sessions with both internal team and clients;
• 6.Lead development of personas/segmentations based on research findings; integrate personas/segmentations with related deliverables such as opportunity maps;
• 7.Create (and lead the development of) comprehensive site maps;
• 8.Execute comprehensive process flows / screen flow;
• 9.Create accurate design plans to address the time and tasks required to complete a track of work.

Job requirements

• 1.Bachelor’s degree required in design-related discipline:Interaction, Information or Interface design;
• 2.Human-Computer Interaction;Design Planning; Graphic Design; Communications or psychology;
• 3.Must be able to demonstrate case study or portfolio;
• 4.8+ years of industry experience, agency experience a plus; 1+ year experience managing or leading UX team
• 5.Knowledge of mobile design, and Android platform;
• 6.Must be well-versed in user-centered design methods and techniques;
• 7.Self-motivation, excellent communication, an open mind, the ability to thrive in multidisciplinary teams, and the skills to balance great design with short deadlines.
