Missions

1.Mainly intervene for Chinese insurers on missions outside China (cargo, export product liability).

2.Learn how to coordinate the work of the surveyors of our network.

3.You will have to:

3.1）Provide help and advice to customers on Insurance Claims

3.2）Communicate professionally with customers and cooperative enterprise overseas (Africa, Americas, Europe and Asia)

3.3）Produce written report for customers

3.4）Handle customer complaints and develop feedback procedure

3.5）Access the loss and responsibility of each insurance claim

Languages

• Chinese: native language
• English fluent – French will be an advantage

Qualifications

1.Bachelor’s degree or above

2.Ideally major requirement: International Law, International Business, Insurance, Engineering

3.Good analytical, consultative and interpersonal skills

4.Open-minded, smart, fast learning

5.Able to work under high pressure

6.Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and its tools

7.Excellent communication skills
