职位描述

岗位职责:

Main Responsibility

- Work with L&D team to act as a development consultant to drive functional capability enhancement such as commercial, supply chain and R&D - competency identification, assessment, training curriculum, different development methodologies etc.
- Support organizational talent review every year, and cooperate to build up succession plans to ensure healthy leadership pipeline
- Implement RRD China leadership development programs, including leadership excellence program, leadership associate program, middle-level management development program, first-line management development program, etc.
- Support annual performance management, including organizational and individual performance management cycle, drive to make sure all performance management activities happen on time- Undertaking the relevant project or program tasks of the HQ to be implemented, such as leadership program, trainee program, and other L&D projects


任职资格:

Requirements:

? Bachelor degree or above;
? 5 years’ experience in learning and development of CoE;
? Joined learning development and talent management project;
? Good facilitation skills. Good team player and effective influencer from learning professional perspective;
? Good English in writing and reading is required.
