Our client was established in July 2007 as an investment of experienced and successful Fashion Logistics European Companies.They are experienced in Fashion Logistics; Fashion Imports and Customs Clearance; Warehousing and Fashion Logistics Processes; Management and Fashion Logistics IT Systems.

Location : Shanghai

Responsibilities

1. Liaise and coordinate shipment with warehouse and shipping.

与仓库和运输公司联络、协调货物事宜；

2. Process orders from customers and complete the shipment deliver plan.

客户订单处理以及完成出货计划；

3. To perform all reports required by customer.

完成客户需要的所有报告；

4. To provide good advice and service to customers to satisfied demands.

提供良好的服务与建议以满足客户需求；

5. Help leader to handle with customer’s complain.

协助领导处理客户投诉问题；

6. Operation and maintain the logistics management system;

操作和维护物流管理系统；

7. Arrange and supervise warehouse workers to complete related tasks.

监督管理工人团队完成工作任务；

8. Assisting Manager/Supervisor to ensure warehouse daily operation carry out smoothly

协助主管或经理确保仓库日常顺利操作；

9. Other duties may be assigned.

完成领导分配的其他任务。

Profile

1. College graduation, prefer majored in logistics, trading or English;

大专以上学历，物流、国际贸易或英文专业优先；

2. 5+ years working experience for logistics operation or customer service, in warehousing &fashion would be a big plus;

5年以上相关物流操作或客服工作经验，有服装奢侈品行业背景优先；

3. Strong sense of responsibility, willing to learn and work under pressure, good team player;

有强烈的责任感，愿意去学习，能在压力下工作，良好的团队合作能力；

4. Good command of English in reading, writing and speaking;

良好的英语读写说能力；

5. Familiar with logistics management systems (eg.SAP or ERP) and skilled in MS office;

熟练使用物流管理系统以及Office办公软件；

6. Good command of communication skills;

具有良好的沟通技能。
