1、负责完成员工每月工资及奖金计算
2、负责社保、公积金等计算及缴交
3、实时更新现行的薪资制度，以确保按照国家相关规定执行

4、分管及审核各薪资福利模块事宜
5、人力资源经理交待的其他工作
任职要求：
1、大学以上学历，人力资源相关专业尤佳，零售行业经验优先考虑
2、5年以上薪资福利相关经验
3、细心、认真负责，愿意承受较大压力及可在快节奏的环境中工作
4、了解国家相关法律、法规

5、精通Office软件，如Excel
