* Position Description (Role purpose and day-to-day responsibilities)
o Daily support/involvement in capital projects assisting the capital buyers with transactional help and problem solving while following the Global Buying Policy. This position will work on retrieving Non-Disclosure agreements and supplier insurance certificates from suppliers, and assist buyers the following: e-RFx, e-auction, PO issues, invoice issues, supplier communication etc. This will allow the capital buyers to focus more strategically.
This position will work closely with the PPG transactional team in North America as well as Shared Services. o Responsible for tracking the shipment of all materials, including timely receipt of materials at the designated recipient location for Capital projects. Provide order placement confirmation and status to requester. Work with Accounts Payable on invoice payment and resolution with problem payments. o Process and manage all Change Order requests submitted by the requester into the Shared Mailbox.

* Education & Experience required o Bachelor’s Degree
* Travel Requirements (domestic and/or international) up to 20% possible
