Responsibilities

?         Creating delivery plan for all owned parts in terms of delivery dates, locations and respective qualities per project master schedule.

?         Hosting weekly project meetings with suppliers to share parts delivery plan, share design status, define and assign action items, track DFM, follow up action items and keep project on track.

?         Creating scorecard for all owned parts by showing parts status, next steps as well as risk management plan to share with team.

?         Managing daily activities with suppliers (T1 and T2)

?         Delivering parts specs.

?         Facilitating program gate reviews, communicating to lead PM.

?         Managing BOM of owned parts.

?         Visiting T1.5/T2 supplier’s facilities to check the actual production status and get back to the team to seek for inputs.

?         Supporting engineering builds at T1 supplier to check owned parts status, provide on-site support to meet team’s immediate needs, cover grey areas to avoid loopholes.

?         Creating and assigning TFS bugs to responsible engineers and track bugs till completion.

?         Initiating RFQ for parts and submitting PO request for owned parts and make sure POs placed prior to production and invoiced right after deliveries.

?         Working with Sourcing to bring down the unit price of sample parts for engineering builds.

?         Managing T1.5, T2 suppliers - policy enforcement, data sharing, writing SOW for critical parts

Qualifications and Requirements

?         Bachelor degree or above majored in Electronics Engineering

?         More than 6 years of experience as Senior EE / ME Engineer

?         Sound Understanding of the electronics product development, manufacturing and sustenance process

?         Familiarity in use of PLM/PDM tool

?         In depth knowledge on ECR / ECO process and change management

?         Product configuration management

?         Familiarity with MS Office tools like WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT, Share point, One Note and ONEPDM

?         Excellent written and oral communication skills

?         Good planning and tracking skills
