工作职责：

- 负责所辖零售团队实施各营运计划，确保销售目标实现；

- 负责所辖店铺营运，提高区域零售能力及营运水平；

- 监督并管理区域内各级员工的工作业绩和表现，确保店铺营运标准及服务水平达到公司要求；

- 主动与商品部沟通，协调货品的运转、调拨

- 库存分析，监控货品盘点及防止货物损失

- 了解市场动态，竞争品牌等相关信息

- 协助店铺商业活动， 与商场物业建立良好联系

要求：

- 大专以上学历

- 具备5-7年以上有关服装零售管理经验，及具备最少2年区域主管经验 (具服装连锁店经验者优先考虑 )

- 对时装有浓厚的兴趣，及具有潮流触角

- 懂基本英语及基本计算机操作

- 能具有独立工作能力、有团队合作精神、高度工作责任心及良好的沟通协调能力
