Day to Day Responsibilities:
Internally
? Act as liaison between customers, Account managers, Supply planning, Finance on order processing to resolve orders, production, delivery and payment issues.
? Support AE and PLM on handling RMA, replacement orders and rebates.
? Working with PE, QA or project team on samples and qualification shipments.
? Liaise with local CS among regions on customer accounts, product codes, master price, etc.
? Coordinate with logistic team for shipment arrangement
? System maintenance for order management, shipment arrangement and credit release
? Support consolidate reports and sample trackers
Externally
? Balance order and shipment arrangement among customers based on Buy/Sell mode.
? Collect customer demand for shipment preparation
? Collaborate with customers for the related documents/processes initiation
? Provide the routine shipping plan to customers
? Follow up with replacement or credit release for RMA
? Provide consolidate reports related to forecast, supply plan, shipment plan and inventory levels.
? Monitor AR
职位要求：
Education & Experience
? 5-6 years of customer service or commercial experience.
? Minimum college degree and university degree is a plus. Required Skills
? Responsible for coordination and execution order/shipment management.
? Engage and collaborate with Account manager, Engineer and Supply Chain to fulfill customer requirements.
Desired Skills
? Commercial operation and Supply Chain knowledge are preference.
? Knowledge of import and export procedures in China
? Good at Excel tools and reports Soft Skills
? Potential problem solving.
? Financial concept is a plus.
? Good command of English.
