POSITION SUMMARY:

This position is accountable for management of the Maintenance Department in a safe and efficient manner to maintain China plant’s assets, keep equipment in good operating condition and comply with safety and environmental requirements consistent with the plant’s objectives.本职位负责维护部门的安全有效的管理，以维护中国工厂的资产，使设备处于良好的运行状态，并符合符合工厂目标的安全和环境要求。

POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES:

· Ensures that plant goals for safety and housekeeping are achieved.确保实现工厂的安全和内务管理目标。

· Ensures that plant meets or exceeds production efficiency goals.确保工厂达到或超过生产效率目标。

· Maintenance expenses are contained within budget guidelines.维护费用包含在预算f范围内。

· Plan, schedule, and coordinate maintenance activities to keep equipment operating times at levels required to meet production goals.计划、安排和协调维护活动，使设备运行时间保持在满足生产目标所需的水平。

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

· Manage daily work schedules for maintenance personnel.管理维修人员的日常工作安排。

· Develop, implement, and maintain computerized work order programs.制定、实施和维护电脑化的工单程序。

· Regular survey of plant to identify building, grounds, equipment, etc. to see what is in need of repair.定期对工厂进行调查，识别建筑、场地、设备等，了解哪些地方需要维修。

· Personally repair as well as supervise mechanics in repairing and performing preventative maintenance.亲自维修并监督维修人员进行维修和预防性维护。

· Supervise the purchasing of necessary spare parts and other parts and supplies to maintain building and equipment.监督必要的备件和其他部件及用品的采购，以维护建筑和设备。

· Assign priority and make work assignments to mechanics.给机械师分配优先级和工作任务。

· Keep abreast of utility cost and make recommendations to minimize energy consumption per unit produced.了解公用事业成本，并提出最小化单位生产能耗的建议。

· Be a leader in safety, quality and environmental activities.成为安全、质量和环境活动的领导者。

· Assist Production Manager in developing and implementing capital projects.协助生产经理开发和实施资本项目。

· Maintaining parts inventory with key replacement parts only and in a secure place.仅在关键替换零件的情况下，在安全的地方维护零件库存。

· Training employees in the proper use and skill in repairing of equipment throughout the plant.培训全厂员工正确使用和维修设备的技能。

· Directing the purchasing of parts and supplies.指导零件和物料的采购。

Position location within the organization:

This position reports to the Operation Director and direct reports include employees with the following job titles: maintenance supervisor, maintenance engineer, maintenance technician。该职位向运营总监汇报，直接下属包括以下职位的员工:维修主管、维修工程师、维修技术员。

BASIC REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree and above with Electrical/Instrument/Mechanical本科及以上学历，电气/仪器/机械专业

Incumbent must demonstrate leadership qualities.现任者必须表现出领导才能。

Excellent organizational and time management skills.优秀的组织和时间管理技能。

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.优秀的英语口头和书面沟通能力。

Electrical aptitude is required.要求有电气方面的资质。

Excellent knowledge of PLC/VFD.良好的PLC/VFD知识。

Mechanical knowledge preferred.有机械知识优先考虑。
