Main responsibilities:

• Recommend, direct and perform for one or more sectors of activity (workshop, service support), studies and Steering actions aiming at improving productivity and operational efficiency.

• Define the necessary resources to achieve the activity of the sector

• Identify and exploit potential progress Recommend solutions of optimization and to accompany their implementation

• The ?IE basics ? are in place and maintained
  à Establish Activities reference/ Standard or norms and the associated performance tracking systems
  à Define the necessary resources (headcount/process) and master the capacities

• Advance the sector performance in all SMQDC components and accompany the steering of the Progress

  à Proposal driving force
  à Methodological support

• Contribute to the success of the O&P and Site/Activity Progress Plan.

• Recommend progress opportunities in the Sector
