职位描述

岗位职责:

Mail Responsibilities:
? Being a Learning consultant align with business needs, to drive training framework/standard work set-up on Learning Solutions & Strategies Development;
? Driving continuous training quality & efficiency improvement via EPM system;
? Design and plan training framework fully align with business needs of commercial team for people manager capability enhancement – training curriculum, frequency, channel, eligibility, trainer (internal & external) pool & reward program, training effectiveness tracking, etc.;
? Drive training standard work delivery as designed and committed to business;
? Drive training process/platform efficiency and quality continuous improvement;
? Develop learning solutions and programs that accelerate the building and growing of commercial team;
? Coordinate across Learning, Talent and OD to fully leverage existing and new solutions to ensure that end to end learning solutions exist to support the development of Commercial team;
? Build and maintain trainers’ pipeline with effective training rewards system to deploy learning solutions;
? Proactively manage and optimize the annual budget and effectively execute the process in support; manage contracts with external vendors and partners.


任职资格:

Requirements:
? Bachelor degree or related major;
? 6 years’ experience in learning and development of CoE, gained from sizeable MNC. Solid PM, change tools development experience; Proven capability on project management and learning material development is a plus;
? Good facilitation skills. Good team player and effective influencer from learning professional perspective;
? Good English in writing and reading is required.
