Location: Beijing and related region
工作地点:北京及所管辖区域
General Objective: Increase sales through the overall development of the sales and support staff.
总目标:通过有效带领团队,调动销售人员及其他人员的工作积极性,增加销售额。
Qualifications:条件:
Education: BS, BA degree with courses in management, sales, marketing organizational behavior or comparable experience.
教育程度:本科文凭,文理不限,管理,销售,市场,组织行为,或相关专业。
Experience: 5 years above working experience, Background with proven success in sales field, exhibition and import/export business, substantial client resources.
工作经验:5年以上工作经验,具有可证明的成功销售成绩,会展销售策划经验,外贸经验及有服务行业工作经验者优先。有丰富的客户资源者优先。
Other Requirements: An entrepreneurial attitude and approach with strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to train and recognize deficiencies in sales performance and procedures. Serve as a role model for sales success and achieve a high level of sales target.

Responsibilities:职责
l Recruitment sales people and build up sales team. .
招聘销售人员和建立销售团队
l Train sales and support staff.
对销售团队进行培训
l Evaluate performance of team members against established standards. Provide effective counsel to improve performance and ensure growth.

l Implement new training programs to enhance sales effort and outcome.
实施新的培训项目,以加强销售方面的力度,提高销售额。
l Achieve yearly sales goal by developing and maintaining sales plans, motivating sales staff and promoting a creative service.

l Conduct weekly one-on-one meetings with sales team to monitor and, if necessary, improve performance.
每周和销售人员进行一对一面对面交流,督导,帮助其改善业绩。
l Conduct weekly sales training meetings.
每周主持召开销售培训例会。
l Ensure sales team in compliance with company policies and procedures.
确保销售团队遵守公司规定和操作流程。
l Manage customer expectations through effective and thorough point-of-sale training techniques.

l Maintain a high-level of customer service.
维护高水平的顾客服务。
l Assist executive director in developing marketing recommendations to increase sales and market share by monitoring advertising and customer feedback.
