职位描述
制订项目年度供配电、电梯设备及综合维护计划,拟定本专业的检修计划及所需材料和零部件计划,经批准后实施;
为来福士项目提供供配电、电梯专业和综合维修的技术支持,解决供配电专业和综合维修方面的疑难技术问题;
注重修旧利废和综合利用,搞好供配电、电梯系统和共区设施设备的节能降耗工作;
安排人员及时处理各类报修事宜,统计维修合格率、及时率、返修率等,并上报工程师(工程经理);
对项目供配电、电梯和综合维修技术员进行专业知识培训、安全教育,定期进行考核,并将结果上报工程师(工程经理);
深入现场,定期巡查,对项目供配电系统、电梯设备和共区照明等实施设备进行隐患排查,并提出整改方案;
指导供配电、电梯和综合维修专业技术员建立项目设备台帐及总帐,并进行审核;
对分管专业外包公司进行监察及评估;
关注本专业的发展动态,注意新技术、新装置的引进与应用;
完成上级领导交办的其他工作
资质要求
大专及以上学历,电力等其他相关专业,具备初级/中级电气工程师职称证书、物业管理上岗证书;
5-8年以上供配电、电梯、综合维修或机电设备技术工作经验,其中3-5年以上物业同等职位工作经验,具有本行业工作经验者优先;
具备较强的物业工程供配电、电梯、综合维修方面专业技术知识,熟悉相关政策法规;
具备良好的沟通协调能力,较强的发现解决问题能力、应急处置能力;
熟练使用电脑办公软件、CAD等工程专业技术软件;
工作勤奋踏实、严谨认真,具有较强的服务意识和团队合作精神,良好的敬业精神,强烈的责任心。
