Planning & Reporting:

1. Take responsibility for annual budget and quarterly forecast, including but not limited to data collection, worksheet preparation, data evaluation, and result upload to BPC.

2. Provide analysis and advice to budget owners on forecasting the business.

3. Continue to improve process and accuracy for budget and forecast.

4. Responsible for tracking business data, generating regular management / analysis reports for business, and performing detailed analysis performance reviews.

Controlling & Analysis:

1. Prepare variance analysis compared with prior year actuals or prior forecasting, in order to keep on tracking of actual performance.

2. Report key financial performance metrics, and inform timely on any unexpected issue impacting potentially the financial performance of the organization.

3. Review investment requests from commercial team, and reply with financial comments to support decision making.

4. Take responsible of regular analysis report. For example, monthly marketing report, investment report, etc.

Others:

1. Ensure timely and accurate master data maintenance.

2. Perform business analysis for ad hoc business initiatives per management instruction.

Experience:

Experience

1. 3-5 years relevant experiencein similar role at a multinational company

2. Preferred with experience in retail industry

3. Experience in SAP / BPC highly appreciated

4. Experience in using BI discovery tool such as MS-Power BI, Tableau, Anaplan, Jedox will be an added advantage
