职位描述

岗位职责:

Objectives:
This role will take full responsibility of reporting, consolidation and month-end closing related GL matters etc.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare GL/Inventory related vouchers, and ensure the booking comply with PRC GAAP, Group policy and instruction, also ensure the monthly and year end closing;
2. Ensure accurate GL master data maintenance and execute reconciliations monthly closing and year end closing process include reconciliation to ensure accuracy and timely;
3. Prepare internal and external financial statements in accordance with IFRS, Local GAAP, group guidelines and business requirements;
4. Provide expense analysis, prepare monthly spending report for cost center responsible to track spending progress;
5. Check fix assets related activities and responsible for assets counting, ensure consistency of physical assets and ledger;
6. Coordinate internal and external audit, follow up audit actions;
7. Actively work for any efficiency and effectiveness system improvement proposal, including optimize process and ERP;
8. Ad hoc assignments as required;


任职资格:

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor Degree or above with major in Finance or Accounting;
2. Minimum 4 years’ professional experience in Finance area;
3. Solid Accounting knowledge: Hands-on exposure in GL and reporting area at least 3 years; Understanding of accounting regulations (IFRS and PRC) and Finance functions.
4. Experience in ERP or SAP system;
5. Strong sense of responsibility;
