Objectives:

- Developing a strategic view of the North China Business Landscape that provides insight into market penetration opportunities, identification of functional (Service, Production) expansion opportunities and direction to Partnership, Merger and Acquisition potential in the region. Lead & drive ANA’s growth through cooperation with each product line.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Develop sales strategies and facilitate Members to launch the testing service in order to achieve the business targets.

- Act as the business owner to ensure our China strategies be implemented correctly and achieve business target.

- Building and maintaining relationships with leaders in governmental agencies and key partners within the China market.

- Conduct internal and external product training.

- Working with other members of the Sales&Marketing Development staff to develop a solid business case to support recommendations on new potential offerings or business opportunities both within existing Fields of Interest and also within new Fields of Interest.

- Managing, monitoring and expanding alliances in China and ensuring highly effective relationships with these partners.

Skills and Requirements:

- BA or BS degree, MBA preferred.

- Possess good knowledge of sales, chemical testing criteria, E&E, automotive industry as well as the company's product & service.

- Good selling, negotiation and presentation skills as well as communication and organization;

- Adaptable to different cultures

- Clearly understand the company's branding & marketing mix.

- Ability to work independently and self-motivate.

- Proactive and flexible; willingness to travel extensively.

- Proven success with meeting and exceeding sales and revenue goals and new business development.

- Demonstrated track record of alliance construction, management and monitoring.

- Proficiency in office software and English.
