Duties & Responsibilities

• Create detailed plans for alternate sourcing strategies with clearly defined objectives, desired outcomes, diversity plan and calendar of events.
• Develop and manage relationships with placement officers, department heads, faculty/staff, alumni and student organizations from Universities.
• Set metrics and monitor the effectiveness of ongoing strategies; recommend and implement changes as required.
• Develop, communicate, and implement university relations workshops, trainings, recruiter toolkits, and interview guides to ensure that University recruiters, presenters, target school teams have the necessary information and skills needed to be effective.
• Work with multiple business department and identify branding strategies for campus recruitment, online/offline platforms promotion plans and etc.
• Roll out all corporate marketing planning through various channels including but not limited online WeChat, LinkedIn promotion, campus talk, and so on.
• Work closely with business department and talent development department to craft suitable career path for new joiners， co-develop training plans and follow up the implementation with HR talent development team
• Monitor the entire campus recruitment process and manage vendor to ensure the quality of the activities

 Education & Experience

• Bachelor degree and above
• About 8 + years’ work experience in HR function, with previous experiences in Campus Recruitment/Employer Branding
• Fluent English and Mandarin
• Good communication skill and interpersonal skills
