Duties & Responsibilities

1. Be Finance Business Partner to support business growth and to control investments, to achieve Strategic Target.
2. Lead in yearly Budget and rolling Forecast and monthly in-month forecast, Process in collaboration with all departments.
3. Identify and highlight risks and opportunities to Management.
4. Lead and drive cost saving project for cost optimization. Support on productivity improvement and operation excellence project with cost analysis.
5. Monitor and Analyze Actual versus Budget/Forecast, Preparing cost analysis, KPI dashboard, Productivity Reports and benchmark analysis.
6. Ability to convert detailed financial analysis into understandable summaries and recommendations.
7. Review and monitor Capex (ROI,  Actual vs. Budget, accurate reporting)
8. Train Operational managers on financial management, understanding BV Finance and accounting
9. Work closely with Fin SSC team and credit control team
10. Ensure compliance with BV Accounting rules (MAG) and Division policies
11. Projects and ad-hoc work requested by GM or Function Leader

Skills & Requirements

2. Strong analytical and problem solving skills
3. Strong motivation and result oriented
4. Willing to undertake hard-working during peak time
5. Proficient with Excel, PPT
6. Good communication skills in English (written and Oral)

1. Bachelor degree major in Finance/Accounting/Business or related field.  CMA  a plus.
2. 3+ years business analysis and finance controller experience, working across multiple entities and/or functional areas.
