Responsibility:

1. Data collection in GC level
2. Manpower analysis based on database, provide monthly labor cost related reports by cost center
3. Assistance in researching, analyzing, and developing modifications to benefits programs to meet identified objectives
4. Explain C&B related policy to HRBP and HRSSC
5. Participate in C&B survey organized by external consulting companies, including job matching, data preparation, data submission, and survey report analysis. 

Requirements

1. Able to work independently, self-driven and with good initiatives. 
2. Have a friendly, patient, and approachable personality, enjoy dealing with people. 
3. Strongly Excel or HR IT Skills.
