    Duties & Responsibilities 

？  In charge of Shared Service Center which include AR,AP and GL, as well as related internal control for all China Entities,
？  Directly manage collection team to make sure achieve DSO and OCF target.
？  Develops, implements & maintains systems, procedures and policies to ensure the accurate compilation, analysis & reporting of accounting data. Solve the possible issues and incidents across CPS China SSC, monitor quality execution / metrics
？  Work with other team members and departments to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
？  Be responsible for coordination with local tax authorities and other government authorities, advise management on tax issues/changes.
？  Contact window with internal and external audit and providing related supporting.
？  Coach, develop and build a strong credible team.
？  Assist Finance director/SVP on other project.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above in accounting or finance related
• Senior manager level above candidate working in medium size shared service centre.
• 10-15 years of working experience and 5 years of management experience in a foreign company
• Good knowledge of accounting & finance functions, can support business functions
• Good interpersonal skills and team leadership
• Result oriented and able to deliver under pressure.

Fluent communication in Chinese and English.
