As part of our Retail team, your role will be to support the business growth with professional/reliable customer solutions and dynamic flows implementation, manage, research/study assigned projects.  Reporting to the Project & Solution Manager, this position can be based at Shanghai, China office.

 

The key responsibilities of this role include:

 

• Establish relationships with assigned customers through solutions channel, understand the customer’s business/needs/pain points

• Initial solutions proposal, lead the process of solution building, set and follow-up to ensure solution implemented effectively to meet customers’ needs, Solution implementation: action plan, follow-up, adjustment (PDCA model)

• Support sales team to develop and drive palletised delivery to/from existing customers

• Assist sales to develop new customers on dynamic flows, either upstream or downstream.

• Weekly projects update summary report, Solutions Presentation

• Internal process optimization;

• Lead/support research/study project as assigned

 

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills, experience and qualifications:

 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business/logistics or related field.

• Experience in Supply Chain /business /service, specifically retailers and Manufactures

• Worked with Financial measure and KPIs

• Good verbal and written communication skills in both Mandarin and English

• Leading project; Listening, understanding and analysis

• Good skill of MS PowerPoint, Excel & Visio, Access & VBA would be a plus

• Knowledge of warehouse and transport software, e.g. WMS, TMS, would be a plus

• Flexible, organized and highly self-motivated, open to business trip and multi-task
