Summary:
The e-RTM assistant supports manager to enable creation of winning e-RTM strategy and plans, B2B customer (Alibaba LST, JD New pathway etc.) planning, sell in and negotiation to deliver company financial results. The assistant works closely with related functional areas and provides on-going analysis on the status of business and effectiveness of programs within areas of responsibilities. The assistant acts as a liaison between the operational (MKT managers, Sales managers, supply chain, TP operator etc.) and strategic (Marketing, Portfolio Strategy, sales channel strategy, Finance, etc.) arms of the organization. Assessments and recommendations cover a host of areas including but not limited to: Analyzing sales trends in the channel and customers Promotion calendar & activity planning & review for e-RTM B2B customers Customized programs Portfolio strategy and NPD launch planning for the e-RTM customers, incl. building blocks/velocity assumption/review/Listing documents preparation E-RTM B2B customers negotiation, sell in and deliver financial results The assistant works closely with Business Managers, Marketing, Finance, and supply chain personnel.
Major Duties/Responsibilities:
1. 50% Work with sales & Marketing to develop e-RTM strategy and M+3+3+6 channel/customer promotion calendar & activities and customized programs by leveraging company resources and analyzing market trend, customer needs/insights Develop e-RTM strategy and B2B customer plans Detail selling strategy, including item specifics, supplemented by portfolio insights, strategic rationale, selling points Develop customized programs
2. 40% E-RTM B2B customers negotiation, sell in and deliver financial results Act as sales manager to have customer management on e-RTM B2B customers Customer negotiation and sell in programs Deliver financial results for the company with optimized e-RTM strategy and plans Manager customer sales forecast and inventory management
3. 10% Manage internal (Home Office) communications among all stakeholders to sales managers, supply chain, Marketing, Finance personnel. Business opportunities based on analysis of data, Field Sales or Customer feedback Actively support and coordinate between cross function teams

Experience in sales or marketing within a leading consumer-driven company is preferred.
Working knowledge of key food industry trade channels or project management is preferred
