Major Responsibilities:

Manage operation and grow brand business in JD.COM platform, including JD direct business, POP business and JD cross boarder business. Work closely with TP (Third Party Partner) and multiple internal business functions including Brand marketing, supply chain, finance and ERP team. Manage marketing programs for the site with regard to emails, sampling online ad units and special merchandising programs. Develop new content, e.g. competitions, special events, etc.

Principle Objectives:

1. Achieve JD direct, POP flagship store and JD relevant stores net sales target.

2. Manage and guide TP operation strategy, plans and execution in terms of

merchandising, activity planning, customer service and logistic delivery.

3. Evaluate the performance of key metrics like UV, Conversion, AUS and Return

rate on a weekly basis in order to increase brand sales and profit

4. Monitor TP’s daily operation to ensure the brand equity and business target are well addressed.

5. Establish and maintain good relationship between Insinkerator and JD for a smooth store operation and No.1 sales ranking.

Business Analysis & Reporting:

1. Analysis of sales, site performance, digital marketing campaigns and CRM data program.

2. Ongoing analysis of key business metrics including classification and key item sales, site traffic, conversion analysis, email database growth and behavior, marketing programs.

Marketing & Operation:

1. Constantly improve site usability together creative agency and TP.

2. Direct and implement regular JD promotion or marketing event to generate more traffic and sales.

3. Responsible for keeping track and updating monthly marketing calendars, sending correspondence with updates to TP or internal team.

4. Create reports to analyze marketing results.

5. Track and analyze competition in JD platform.

6. Customize and update price and product strategy base on competition.

7. Day to day contact for eCommerce vendors (i.e. design, search, IP, legal)
