1.Set up and manage the Non-exclusive talent pool (inspector, engineer, auditor, trainer, etc…)建立和维护非全职员工人才库（检验员、工程师、审核员、培训师等）
2.Set up the methodologies and develop the channels to enlarge the talent pool
建立渠道和方法以扩大非全职员工人才库；
3.Develop and manage the tools for talent sourcing建立和维护非全职人才的搜寻匹配工具；
4.Source talent per BU requests, be fully responsible for the sourcing result, including:  identifying suitable talent via various channels, interviewing the candidate, proposing to BU, etc.依据业务部门需求，全权对非全职人才的搜寻和匹配结果负责，包括：通过多种渠道搜寻和赠别人才，初步面试并推荐给业务部门等；
5。Record, analyze and report the sourcing request data记录、分析并报告相关人才搜寻需求的结果和数据；
职位要求：
1.Education: Bachelor degree or equivalent level in engineering or related field
教育：本科及以上学历，工程类背景为佳；
2.Working experience: 5+ years’ experience in Project Management / EPC / head-hunting company companies, focusing on Oil Gas Chemical / Power / General Industry / Building & infrastructure industries, with rich resource of talents
5年以上项目管理公司/工程总承包/猎头行业人才搜寻匹配经验，并专注于以下行业：石油天然气化工/电力/通用工业/建筑及基础设施行业；
3.Very strong communication skills很强的沟通技巧；
4.Result oriented结果导向；
5.Knowledge and understanding of specific industry and project management
对相关行业的项目管理有所了解；
