Principal Accountabilities :

• Manage enterprise 'data as a product'
• Define and maintain the integrity of data ecosystem in terms of data standard, data platform and exchange policy
• Work with different China business entities to define high level business requirement / priority / roadmap on data analysis / BI
• Align with global data architect on the data architecture and its deployment approach in China
• Work with BI development team to drive and lead the delivery of the data products
• Look for new opportunities to improve data operation/quality by applying industry data management best practices

Qualifications :

• Strong ability to collaborate with business owners to answer 'why' and 'what' regarding data; and at the same time with technical team on 'where' and 'how'.
• Good understanding of data modeling, data architecture and technology involved; experience in designing data middleware would be preferred
• Have hand-on capability to use SQL, build dashboard, experiment the data;  experience in BI / visualization tool (Microstrategy, PowerBI etc.)
• Strong communication skill to work with business teams and technical teams.  Fluent in English (Oral and Written)
• A data scientist type of background would be preferred
