POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly capable individual for Call Center Specialist of Companion Animal Business. Primary responsibilities include enhance customer experience with successfully handle customer grievances/complaints to protect company's reputation, brand, and financial interest.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Handle all regular in-bound and out-bound calls to manage complaint and inquiries to increases customer satisfaction and efficiency

2. Track, record and document all regular calls in COMPANY Call Center system to data analysis and reporting to discover areas of improvement and business opportunities

3. Set up call center procedures and policies

4. Develop standard tool kit of standard response

5. Process all warranty adjustment cases ensure all cases are handled professionally and with highest quality

6. Liaise with other functions (Supply Chain, technical, Product Marketing, etc.) to bring resolution to all customer enquires

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

? Bachelor's degree in veterinary science or related

? Minimum two years in vet clinical hospital related experience preferred

? Good customer service attitude and communication skills

? Follow-through and attention to detail.

? Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to learn Company systems

? Hard working, self-motivated and team player
