What are the principal responsibilities of this job?
Assist HRM to ensure smooth staffing process (inc. job posting, cv screaming, interview arrangement, on board process, etc.)
Assist HRM to update hiring plan and Job Description timely.
Updating monthly organization chart timely.
Assist HRM to handle staff internal transfer process and quit process.
Assist HRM to collect training needs from departments of responsible area.
Assist HRM to organize new staff orientation training.
Updating monthly training report as requested.
Assist HRM to organize staff activities as requested.
Support other HR functions if needed.
Any other duty assigned by HR Manager.
SCOPE & DIMENSIONS:
(May include team size led by the incumbent, internal and external working relationship, budget, P&L numbers, geographic scope etc.)
Internal :
Report to HR Manager of Jiangsu Tyson (or Haimen Tyson.)
Communicate with all departments in Jiangsu Tyson (or Haimen Tyson.)
Closely connect with Tyson China Corporate HR.
Provide professional service to all staff.
External:
Build up good relationship with local Labor Bureau, and other government agencies.
Well communicate with other relative company or vender.
KEY COMPETENCIES & KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS:
(Include both technical know how and soft skills such as communication skill etc)
Above college degree
More than 2 years working experience in HR dept.
Excellent ability of cooperation and communication.
Has clear working attitude of accurate, meticulous and carefulness.
Good command of English
Familiar with computer system
