Customer Service Representative

2.上海办公室20人左右,公司小而精,接下来会有很多业务转移到中国来,公司属于上升发展期。
3.需要寻找英文口语熟练沟通,仔细认真有耐心的CSR
4.需要候选人是全日制本科学历,积极主动,能hands on做事情
工作职责概述:
1.收到客户的订单系统里下单
2.等美国工厂收到订单,排计划,美国那边货代会订舱
3.收到订舱信息发给客户
4.等船开了之后香港那边会做文件的
5.客户投诉,还有系统这块也很重要,维护提意见
6.和船公司开会评估服务
Scope:
Working with the General Manager and CSR manager, manage COMPANY’s customers by processing incoming orders, scheduling requirements, and monitoring orders to ensure customers’ delivery requirements are met. Interact with external customers, sales representatives, team members in China and USA to develop and implement service and cost solutions to strengthen account relationships.
Reporting to:
General Manager
Duties May Include:
1. Enter a high volume of complex customer orders, planning timing of production, and tracking shipments; ability to handle heavy written business correspondence in English & Mandarin
2. Develop strong relationships with customers to support their needs, learn their trends, and become the primary interface to support the all supply chain efforts for that account.
3. Interact with customers by phone or by electronic means to receive orders, cancellations, and change for product or to clarify needs/requirements. Communicating changes, delays, requests, etc. to sales reps and customer as appropriate.
4. Assist in resolving supply chain issues related to fulfilling customer orders that may occur at production phase, shipping or warehouse storage point.
5. Coordinate shipment of product, expediting shipments, arranging pick-up of defective product, etc. with shipping department and centralized transportation.
6. Interface with sales and across cross-functional teams in supply chain (operations, manufacturing, and transportation) to collaborate, develop, and implement service and cost solutions.
7. Work in a team environment and own the process for optimum customer service and export order management compliance.
8. Manage several customer-specific inventory programs, understanding their order trends, monitoring age of inventory and communicating shipment plans to mill facilities.
9. Solve product availability issues by identifying root cause, proposing realistic solutions, and executing the resolution with a sense of urgency.
10. Maintain hard copy files in an organized manner, allowing for quick retrieval of documents and information when required
11. Maintain a strong a positive attitude and be self-motivated to succeed.
12. Expect to travel an estimated 10% of time to visit customers in their home locations, if needed.
13. Manage quality claim portal and maintain an organized quality claim sample cabinet.
14. Manage bonded zone warehouse stocks. Work with GM and sales managers and csr manager to ensure proper tracking and replenishing.
15. Conduct all affairs with integrity and exhibit courage to speak up and resist unethical or unlawful activities.
