岗位职责：

1.分配订单前样品检查、审查报告等，必要时进一步指导；

2.制作产品检验单；

3.按照公司的要求，负责工厂检验和质检报告，包括质量体系等相关事宜；

4.进行产品质检；

5.与采购团队一起处理客户投诉；

6.不良品收集并进一步分析原因，以汇总出产品改进/质量控制方案；

7.每月更新、监控测试和认证数据库；

8.与采购团队紧密合作，开发新产品（合规检查、产品标准搜索、质量标准制定等）；

9.帮助完成、审查、批准产品规格/工艺图/IM ；

10.上级交办的其他工作。

任职要求：

1.3年以上五金产品QA相关工作经验；

2.熟悉英国/欧洲指令和标准；熟悉AS/NZS标准者优先考虑；

3.具有丰富的项目跟踪、生产流程、质量控制/质量保证和工厂审核经验；

4.责任心强，自我激励；

5.敏锐的观察、分析和协调能力；

6.诚实守信，恪守职业道德；

7.有团队合作精神，抗压性强。

Job Responsibility：

1. Assign pre-order sample check, Check and review report , give guide on further action if need,

2. compile product check list;

3. Be responsible for factory audit and audit report review, including quality system/process/preliminary ethic/social responsible/environment according to company's requirement;

4. Carry on inspection if needed

5. Handle customer complaint by working with the merchant team;

6. Monitor Faulty goods register collect and further analysis to sort out product improvement /QC patterns

7. Test and certification database updating and monitor each month , certification Validation crosscheck

8.work tightly with merchandiser team to develop new items ,(compliance check, standard search ,quality standard establish ..)

9.Help to Complete, review ,approve product specification/Artwork/IM

10. Other tasks assigned by superior.

Job Qualification：

1. 3+ years working experience in hardline/E&E products;

2. Good knowledge of UK/European Directives and Standards; AS/NZS standards will be a Plus.

3. Rich experience in project follow up, manufacturing process, QC/QA & factory audit;

4.High sense of responsibility, self-motivated;

5.Keen observation, analysis and coordination ability;

6.Honest and strictly complying with professional ethics;

7.Excellent team work and working well under pressure.
