Objectives:

    

      Conduct Business Growth Programs daily management and data analysis to build reports, and participate in related online platform optimization.

    

    

    

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Focus on Business Growth Programs day to day management;
• Assist in the management, development, and maintenance of database and processes;
• Assist to develop detailed and insightful reports and dashboards;
• Other Ad-hoc data analysis to support business growth;
• Participate in Business Growth Program platform optimization and pre-operation test;
• Adhere to BV CPS quality requirements.

                            

    

    

Skills and Requirements:

    

-          Self-starter, disciplined and process-driven, motivated to learn and expand its skill sets,;

    

-          Good communication skills to enable efficient collaboration across different functions;

    

-          Proficient English and Chinese language skills;

    

-          Excellent logical and analytical capabilities;

    

-          Proficient in MS office, especially Power point and MS Excel.

    

    

    

Education & Experience:

    

-          Bachelor degree or above in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or equivalent;

    

-          Prefer to have 1-2 years of experience in data/sales analysis.
