Title: Delivery Manager

Job Responsibilities:

？ Solve the problem of pre-sale and delivery encountered in the operation, improving the quality of delivery, responsible for the delivery operation indicators; One work weight: 80% delivery operation, expanding by 20%;

？ Responsible for related big customer projects delivery operation in South China as a whole management;

？ CO-create the business plan for the division; anchor large pursuits; review and guide delivery processes;

？ Liaison with clients and form strategic alliances;

？ Drive unit-level initiatives with the objective of ensuring the highest level of project in the delivery unit with the guidelines, policies and norms of Infosys;

？ Provide delivery governance and track & control account execution in order to achieve delivery excellence;

？ Define Q&P goals for the division, focus on continuous improvement &innovation in order to ensure compliance and improve productivity;

？ Provide inputs on strategy and thought leadership at sub vertical / division in order to respond to changing customer needs and organizational goals proactively.

Job Requirements:

？ 15Y+ work experiences in IT services industry;

？ Fluent English and Mandarin in order to deal with both local clients and global delivery team;

？ Strong leadership for large scale delivery team;

？ Passionate in internal and external communication;

？ Bachelor degree;

？ Base in Shenzhen.
