-应用工程师从技术上分为：模拟和数字两类；

-在正式上岗前将参加为期12个月的轮岗培训项目，包含课堂培训和岗位实战专业培训；

-在特定产品上构建专业知识，来支持定义和发布新产品，同时支持客户项目的开发。

 

应用工程师主要职责：

-在新产品开发过程中，提供技术支持，对开发过程中的器件进行完整地测试，找出设计缺陷；

-对于技术销售和技术应用工程师传递过来的客户问题进行支持，协助销售及应用团队以确保客户项目顺利进行；

-总结和提炼产品的应用方法，并发表应用手册以及参考设计，优化产品在市场上的推广。 

 我们在寻找：

-电子相关专业，本科或研究生及以上学历, 2020届毕业生；

-深入掌握模拟电路知识（例如：运算放大器，DC / DC电源，数据转换器，传感等），有电源，信号链和混合信号处理项目经验；

-深入掌握嵌入式处理的相关知识，有嵌入式处理系统的开发经验；

-熟悉开发常用工具, 如原理图，PCB layout, 仿真等；

-有扎实的电子电路设计经验者优先；
-问题解决能力和团队合作精神； 
-主动性、计划性和良好的组织协调能力； 
-较强的中英文沟通能力。
